It's amazing but I haven't made any cupcakes this year. I've just been so busy with the new store and just haven't been 'in the mood' to bake. This might change very soon.. I just looked at www.trophycupcakes.com (the shop is really beautiful and they get the best reviews for flavoursome cake). The owner has recently been on Martha Stewart's tv show with a recipe for Chocolate Graham Cracker Cupcakes with Toasted Marshmallow. Mmmmm..The video for the episode is here.
I'll let you know if I end up making them. Let me know how they taste if anyone decides to make them.
